Of the 60 credits in Nursing, 23 credits are allotted to clinical practice. For each clinical practice credit, the student will be in the clinical area for a total of 45 hours per semester. Thus for a 3 credit clinical experience the student will devote 180 hours per semester. For a 4 credit clinical class the student will devote 180 hours per semester.
